Terms and Conditions
- Only tickets reserved in advance via our online ticketing service will be accepted for entry into the venue. No tickets will be sold on site.
- Infants (0-3 years old) must sit on parents' laps in the reserved seating area.
- Although children 3 and under may enter free of charge, you must indicate their presence by reserving tickets for them.
- General admission tickets allow the holder to sit in any open area on the event site, except for the bike lanes, where seating is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Mobilité réduite / PRM tickets give you access to a specific section. This type of ticket is reserved for participants with a motor or physical disability only.
- Umbrellas are not allowed to block the field of vision of nearby spectators and for your safety.
- The event will take place rain or shine. Only major bad weather could force the postponement of a show to a later date. Your tickets will be automatically transferred to that date, unless otherwise indicated.
- The Canadian Museum of History site is a non-smoking environment.
- As in all public places, cannabis remains prohibited.
- Your ticket allows you to enter the site only once; if you leave, you will not be allowed to re-enter. We encourage you to plan your visit accordingly.
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, we have the right to refuse your access to the event site.
